"Arthur O'Connor, 52, lives in Bloxham. with his wife Karen and their children Katherine & Steven who are all members of the club. He is employed as Business Manager with Norwich Union based in the City. His objective for 2005 is to play with as many different members as he can, raise some money for the Katherine House Hospice and enjoy the year."

"Congratulations to Steven O'Connor who won the Oxfordshire Junior Championship at Kirtlington on Monday 8th August. Steven had a gross 71 and triumphed after a 5-hole play-off. This is the first time this Competion has been won by a Tadmarton Junior."

CONGRATULATIONS To KATHERINE O’CONNOR
On 25th April 2005 Katherine won the Oxfordshire School’s Championship. Out of 54 entries Katherine scored a gross 71 beating amongst others +1 handicap player Matthew Rendall.
On Tuesday, 31st May, she won the Oxfordshire Girls Championship at Burford GC, with a gross 70, 3 under par, (1 off Ladies course record). She was 10 shots better than 2nd place.
On Wednesday, 1st June, she won the South East Schools Championships at Canterbury with a gross 73 & 74, once again to finish 10 shots better than 2nd place. She now goes on to compete in the English Schools Final at Trentham later in the month.
Her handicap is now down to 4.
